我的澳洲留学DIY历程

[r/][n/] [r/][n/][r/][n/][r/][n/][r/][n/][r/][n/][p]　　从申请学校到签证全程记录之三：签证历程[/p][r/][n/][p]　　我的签证过程顺利中带有波折。顺利的是资料准备得比较齐，一次就通过了。小波折是我预留了4个月的签证时间，但还是赶不上7月份的课程，最后是延期到明年2月。今年2月考的雅思，由于担心雅思成绩不好，所以，等成绩出来后才办资料公证，浪费了一些时间。 [/p][r/][n/][p] [/p][r/][n/][p]　　我3月份通过DHL快递资料去ADELAIDE，过4天签收（从DHL网站上查询的），再过几天收到FN，普通AIR MAIL邮件，里面有：一张签证费的收据、一封信说明收到了你的签证申请，上面注明了FN和签收日期、一份体检表。（请看所附的图片）。收到PVA前有一个电话到单位，问一些简单的问题，（那时我不在公司，）这算是电调吧。 [/p][r/][n/][p] [/p][r/][n/][p]　　此时，如果你比较有把握，就去体检。否则，等有了PVA再体检也不迟，因为PVA后要交学费，提供COE给ADELAIDE，这些都需要时间。而体检半天就OK了，主要包括：胸透、验尿、五官、视力、内科，不验血，体检费600，EMS邮寄费230 [/p][r/][n/][p] [/p][r/][n/][p]　　过了漫长的3个月，终于等到了PVA（请看所附的图片），估计时间，正签下来时已经过了开学时间，我分别EMAIL给学校和签证官，明确了必须按时到校和签证不可能在开学前拿到，就开始EMAIL给学校申请延期到下学期，同意了，从新发OFFER。（不用交新的FULL OFFER给ADELAIDE，我用第一次的CONDITION OFFER申请的，那时我还没考雅思，上面有语言的CONDITION，现在已经让英国教育处寄雅思成绩到学校，所以收到的是FULL OFFER）。同时EMAIL给签证官，申请PVA延期，隔3天收到回复，同意延期，回信的部分内容如下： [/p][r/][n/][p] [/p][r/][n/][p]　　I am writing to you about your application to study in Australia. This letter is to acknowledge that you have requested a time extension to submit all outstanding documents for your student visa application. [/p][r/][n/][p] [/p][r/][n/][p]　　You have been granted a further 28 Days in addition to the 49 days initially provided. You are now required to submit all outstanding documentation by: [/p][r/][n/][p] [/p][r/][n/][p]　　Due Date: ************ [/p][r/][n/][p] [/p][r/][n/][p]　　Please provide this information to our office as soon as possible. If we do not receive these documents by the date given above, your application may be refused. [/p][r/][n/][p] [/p][r/][n/][p]　　"If you cannot provide this information within the new prescribed time frame, you should contact this office immediately and explain why you are unable to do so. You may request a further extension of time if necessary and consideration will be given to your request." [/p][r/][n/][p] [/p][r/][n/][p] [/p][r/][n/][p]　　PVA上注明了需要补充的资料是：体检表和COE。赶紧去体检、购汇、交学费（购汇的内容请看下个帖子）。 [/p][r/][n/][p] [/p][r/][n/][p]　　学校收到学费后，很快EMAIL给我，说收到了学费，附上COE副本，如果资料有错误的就告诉他们更正。（过几天就收到COE正本、收据和一些有关入学须知的资料，自己留着就可以了）。COE往哪里交？因为COE的开头有这么一段话： [/p][r/][n/][p] [/p][r/][n/][p]　　To apply for a student visa to study in Australia, please apply to the following Australian Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affaifs (DIMIA) office, with this form and other supporting documents: [/p][r/][n/][p]　　DIMIA - CHINA (Beijing) [/p][r/][n/][p]　　12 Dongzhimenwai Dajie [/p][r/][n/][p]　　Sanlitun [/p][r/][n/][p]　　BEIJING [/p][r/][n/][p]　　CHINA [/p][r/][n/][p][/p][r/][n/][p]　　答案是交ADELAIDE。把COE作为附件EMAIL给ADELAIDE，过两天对方回复说已经收到我的COE，并且已经附在我的资料中了。然后，等了1个月左右，就收到准签信（请看所附的图片）。如果时间充裕，寄准签信和护照到上海领事馆签证处贴签，否则自己去贴，上午去，当天OK。（注意：贴签后使馆用的是普通挂号信寄护照回来，我一直很担心，怕中途遗失了，直到收到护照才松了一口气）。[/p][[p]资讯来源: http://www.do360.com/country/information_1930.html[/p]r/][n/][p]文章来源：中国教育在线[/p]
